1. Acceptance of Terms
By deploying the IronDiff Docker container or using our cloud portal, you agree to these terms.
2. License Grant
Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, IronDiff grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations.
3. Security & Encryption
- Master Key: You acknowledge that IronDiff uses Zero-Knowledge encryption. We do not store your Master Key. If you lose this key, your backups are mathematically unrecoverable.
- Redaction: While our engine is designed to redact common secrets, it is your responsibility to verify that sensitive data is handled according to your internal policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
IronDiff is provided “as is”. In no event shall IronDiff be liable for any network downtime, data loss, or security breaches. We are a backup tool, not a managed security service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed their device limits or fail to maintain a valid license.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IronDiff, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the software; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.
